Pure chaos.

Pure tears.

Pure red-and-white madness.

Ugandan Arsenal fans completely lost control Tuesday evening after Arsenal F.C. were officially crowned English Premier League champions for the first time in 22 years.

The title was confirmed after Manchester City failed to beat Bournemouth in a dramatic 1-1 draw, a result that finally handed Mikel Arteta’s men the crown Arsenal supporters have been dreaming about since the legendary Invincibles era.

And in Uganda?

Madness erupted instantly.

In Kampala, bars packed with Arsenal fans exploded into deafening celebrations seconds after the final whistle. Fans were seen hugging strangers, climbing chairs, waving jerseys through the air and blasting victory songs from car speakers.

From Wandegeya to Najjera, from Makerere to Kiwatule, the streets suddenly turned red.

Some fans lit fireworks.

Others screamed until they lost their voices.

Videos quickly flooded TikTok, X and WhatsApp showing wild scenes as emotional Gunners supporters celebrated ending years of heartbreak, trolling and “next season” jokes.

One fan at a packed sports bar in Kololo was seen pouring water on himself while shouting:

“WE ARE FINALLY FREE!”

Another screamed:

“Arteta has delivered us!”

For years, Arsenal fans in Uganda had suffered brutal banter from Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City supporters after repeatedly finishing second.

But Tuesday night changed everything.

After three straight runner-up finishes, Arsenal finally crossed the line under manager Mikel Arteta, who has now become a hero among Gunners faithful worldwide.

Social media in Uganda immediately turned into a battlefield.

Arsenal fans changed profile pictures, posted emotional throwback photos and mocked rival fans who had spent years laughing at them.

Some Manchester United fans tried to downplay the celebrations online but Arsenal supporters were not listening.

Not tonight.

This was their moment.

The North London club secured the title after Manchester City dropped points away at Bournemouth, leaving Arsenal mathematically unreachable at the top of the table.

Even international scenes showed total bedlam around the Emirates Stadium as Arsenal fans celebrated their first league title since 2004.

And in Uganda, the party looks far from over.
