Lukwago was reportedly preparing to serve legal documents linked to Gen. Muhoozi over previous statements directed at opposition veteran Dr. Kizza Besigye. Muhoozi may have been given information alleging that Dr. Besigye and members of his political camp were plotting to assassinate President Yoweri Museveni.
